FinanceDX is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We have designed FinanceDX to collect as little personal information as possible while still providing a useful service.

When you use the DX Score tool, you enter financial information such as your income, account types, and contribution amounts. This information is sent to our AI scoring engine to generate your personalized score and recommendations. It is not stored permanently on our servers after your session ends. Your session data is stored locally in your browser using session storage and is cleared when you close your browser tab.
If you submit feedback through our Share Feedback button, your message, feedback type, and any name or email you voluntarily provide are sent to us via Formspree, a third-party form service. We use this information only to respond to your feedback and improve the product. We do not share this information with anyone else. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
Your financial inputs are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your personalized DX Score and recommendations. This processing is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy, available at anthropic.com. We do not share your name, email, or any identifying information with Anthropic — only the anonymous financial data needed to generate your score.
FinanceDX currently does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We may add basic anonymous usage analytics in the future to understand how people use the product. If we do, we will update this policy and will not use any analytics that track personally identifiable information.

FinanceDX is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
